TSF Group displays Commercial Vehicle Technologies at IAA 2026

India / Germany: The TSF Group, which derives its legacy from the erstwhile TVS Group – one of the largest automotive groups based in India – is showcasing its extensive product offerings including Brakes, Wheels, Pneumatics, Axles and Turbochargers aimed at the global commercial and off-highway vehicle markets.

Brakes India will showcase its latest portfolio of advanced commercial vehicle technologies at IAA 2026, including its 22.5-inch lightweight monobloc Twin Piston Air Disc Brake, Air Brake Compressors and Electronic Stability Control (ESC). The showcase reflects Brakes India’s expanding capabilities in developing integrated braking and vehicle control technologies for global commercial vehicle markets. Designed for truck, tractor, trailer, tipper and bus applications, the Twin Piston Air Disc Brake combines a robust monobloc design with performance, durability and compliance with global standards. The air brake compressors and ESC systems further extend Brakes India’s capabilities across critical vehicle systems, with applications spanning trucks, tractors, tippers and buses. An extensive range of braking solutions for light and heavy commercial vehicles will also be on display, including complete pneumatic braking systems.

Wheels India will exhibit their higher load forged wheel, larger size forged wheel and single piece steel wheel for the commercial vehicle segment suitable for EV-Bus, Trailer and Truck applications.

Axles India will mark the opening of day 01 by showcasing its Cast Axle Beams engineered for deep mining and heavy construction vehicles. Designed to withstand the most demanding operating conditions, these high-strength axle beams deliver exceptional durability, superior load-bearing capability, and enhanced fatigue life. Manufactured using advanced casting processes and precision machining, they provide a robust solution for off-highway applications where reliability, safety, and performance are critical.

Turbo Energy will be exhibiting its latest range of turbochargers and e-compressor at IAA 2026. These products are engineered at its R&D Centre in Chennai, with strong support from BorgWarner Turbo Systems, Germany.
