Tata Motors showcases advanced Euro 6-compliant range in GCC

Dubai: Marking a significant milestone in its global journey, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers, displayed its widest range of next-generation buses and trucks tailored for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Reflecting the ‘Better Always’ philosophy – symbolising a bold leap towards cleaner, smarter, and intelligent solutions, its Euro 6 compliant range is purpose-built to serve a wide spectrum of cargo and passenger transportation. Engineered to support the region’s ambitious infrastructure development, rapid urbanisation, and expanding logistics sector, each vehicle has been meticulously engineered and rigorously tested across demanding terrains, delivering superior comfort, operational efficiency, and enhanced safety – setting new benchmarks in reliability and performance for businesses and transporters across the region.

The display featured a diverse line-up of vehicles designed to meet the evolving needs of passenger and cargo transport, along with a host of customer-centric service offerings.

Passenger Mobility Solutions

In the Passenger Mobility Solutions category, Tata Motors unveiled a series of next-generation buses engineered for superior performance, comfort, and safety. The LPO 1622, available in both 11-metre and 12-metre configurations, is powered by a Cummins engine and equipped with advanced safety systems such as Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Cruise Control, and best-in-class climate control. Designed for school and staff transport, it offers multiple seating layouts to suit varying passenger requirements while ensuring a safe and comfortable ride.

The Starbus Prime LP 716 made its mark as a 28-seater model ideal for school and staff applications. Fitted with the new-generation 3.3-litre engine, the LP 716 delivers an optimal balance of fuel efficiency, manoeuvrability, and performance. It also incorporates modern safety features including ABS, ESC, and Hill Start Assist, along with a focus on passenger comfort and operational value, making it a strong choice for fleet operators.

Also part of the passenger range, the Ultra LPO 916 is a 33-seater bus designed for dependable and efficient transportation. Built for consistent performance, it offers superior fuel economy, excellent drivability, and long-term reliability — essential qualities for both school and staff mobility operations.

Cargo Mobility Solutions

In the Cargo Mobility Solutions segment, Tata Motors highlighted its Ultra Range, built on the company’s next-generation smart truck platform. Available in configurations from 7 to 19 tonnes, the Ultra series is known for its versatility and efficiency, catering to a wide variety of applications including intra-city logistics and last-mile delivery.

For long-haul operations, Tata Motors presented the Prima 3430.T, powered by a proven 6.7-litre Cummins engine that generates 300 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque. Designed for extended journeys, it offers exceptional reliability, fuel efficiency, and driver comfort. Complementing it was the Prima 3330.K, a high-performance tipper engineered for the most demanding construction and mining operations. With its powerful driveline and rugged design, it promises superior productivity even under extreme working conditions.

The company also displayed additional models such as the Prima 4440.S AMT, featuring an automated manual transmission for a fatigue-free driving experience and improved driver comfort during long-distance operations. The Prima 4040.T, another highlight, offers a blend of performance and comfort, making it suitable for a range of applications including the transport of water, machinery, and other logistics needs.

Beyond its advanced product range, Tata Motors reaffirmed its commitment to customer satisfaction with a suite of Customer-Centric Services. The company has established over 100 strategically located service centres across the region, ensuring convenient access to genuine spare parts and prompt maintenance support. All models are backed by comprehensive warranty coverage, with extended warranty options available to enhance long-term value and peace of mind for customers. Additionally, Tata Motors offers customised Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) tailored to specific operational requirements, helping operators maintain optimal vehicle performance and cost efficiency throughout the lifecycle of their fleets.
