Force Motors offers three-year complimentary roadside assistance across its products

Pune: Force Motors Limited, a key automotive player and India’s largest van manufacturer, has announced the launch of its comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, now offered complimentary for three years across all its product lines- Traveller, Trax, Monobus, Urbania, and Gurkha.
A first-of-its-kind initiative in India’s commercial vehicle segment, this program is a part of Force Motors’ continued efforts to enhance the ownership experience and ensure round-the-clock customer support across India. The program covers a wide range of services, from breakdown support and accident assistance to towing and on-site repairs, aimed at minimizing downtime and delivering peace of mind to every customer.

The service operates through a 24×7 toll-free helpline, accessible 365 days a year, and offers support in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base. In the event of a breakdown, Force Motors provides free towing for up to 100 kilometers to the nearest authorized workshop, ensuring that vehicle owners can reach professional service centers without incurring additional costs.
In addition to towing, the program offers on-site repair support for minor mechanical or electrical issues, helping drivers get back on the road quickly. Accident assistance is also included, with services covering vehicle recovery and coordination with workshops for repairs. The program further extends help with tyre changes, battery jump-starts, and key-related issues, addressing some of the most common challenges faced by vehicle owners on the road.
Beyond immediate mechanical support, Force Motors’ Roadside Assistance offers emergency coordination services such as message relay, conference calling, and guidance to the nearest workshop. The program also includes add-on convenience benefits designed to make unexpected disruptions more manageable. These include legal and medical referrals, coordination for hotel or taxi arrangements, and vehicle custody support in cases where delays prevent immediate access to the car.
Supported by a nationwide partner network that ensures quick and professional assistance across India, the RSA initiative further strengthens Force Motors’ focus on reliability, service accessibility, and reduced total cost of ownership.
